Mrs. Frank Herron
Mrs. Frank Herron, 69, died Tuesday afternoon [Aug. 1] at her home in Wilson township. She was taken ill about a year ago with a heart ailment, her condition becoming serious three months ago.
Mrs. Herron was born May 12, 1875, in Canada and came to Wilson township when a child of 7 with her parents, the late Mr. And Mrs. John Compeau.
Surviving Mrs. Herron are one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Morrison, Wilson; two sisters, Mrs. David Frechette, Alpena; Mrs. Paul Duchene, Detroit; and four brothers, Israel Compeau, Wilson; Antoine and Henry Compeau, Alpena; and Arthur, Ypsilanti.
Funeral will be Friday at 10 at St. Rose church, the Rev. Lucien Bourget officiating. Interment in Alpena at Holy Cross cemetery.
